I am a third-year student studying Mathematics at the University of Surrey and have always had an interest in wildlife photography. A few years ago I raised £500 for the RSPB by selling greetings cards with my photos on and won the Thomson Habitats Photography Competition.

Hyde Park
It barely stopped raining throughout the morning, so we only had a short walk. We did, however, have our best ever views of House Martin and saw our first Swifts of the year.
Highlights: House Martin, Swift, Swallow, Blackcap.
